9 / 89 - After one Platinum and two Gold albums, DAVE RAVE leaves Canadian proto-punkpoppers Teenage Head and settles in New York City with Gary.
11 / 89 - The leader of the East Berlin Communist Party, Gunter Schabowski, announces that the border with West Berlin will open for "private trips abroad." Wall "woodpeckers" then begin, using hammers and chisels, to knock down the Berlin Wall.
12 / 89 - The U.S. Army 4th Battalion, 6th Regiment assault Panamanian Defense Force headquarters, until Manuel Noriega is apprehended and Operation Just Cause ends.
12 / 90 - VALENTINO'S PIRATES is briefly issued on Canadian cassette by Mole Recordings.
12 / 90 - The very first DAVE RAVE CONSPIRACY performance takes place in New York City, featuring Lauren Agnelli (Washington Squares) and Billy Ficca (Television), alongside Dave, Gary, and Coyote Shivers.
1 / 91 - The first U.S. government statement regarding Operation Desert-Storm is made. Marlin Fitzwater announces, "The liberation of Kuwait has begun."
12 / 91 - World premiere of the Oliver Stone film "J.F.K."
2 / 92 - VALENTINO'S PIRATES is released on Russian vinyl by Melodiya Records: DAVE RAVE becomes the first Western artist signed directly to the former Soviet state label.
8 / 92 - THE DAVE RAVE "GROUP" (Melodiya disallowing use of the word " Conspiracy ") travels to Russia to commence work at the Professional Recording Cooperative studios in St. Petersburg, then shoot video footage promoting their first single " Weight Of The World."

9 / 00 - Original VALENTINO'S PIRATES session tapes, as well as newly discovered archival recordings, are reassembled and remastered by Gary at Dubway Studios in New York City.

7 / 01 - The very first DAVE RAVE CONSPIRACY reunion performance takes place at the International Pop Overthrow festival in Los Angeles, featuring Robbie Rist and Lisa Mychols (The Masticators) alongside Dave, Gary, and Jason Frederick.
8 / 01 - Expanded, digitally-restored 10th Anniversary issue of VALENTINO'S PIRATES released on Canadian CD by Bullseye Records.
9 / 01 - The Pentagon announces it has renamed the U.S. crusade against terrorism Operation Enduring Freedom, which U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said denotes that the campaign will not be a "quick fix."
