Susie's Song
Since their inception on the campus of Ohio University, sporting a repertoire heavy with early Beatles, Byrds and Hollies, this "harmony band, first and foremost" has gathered together whenever possible for a quarter century now and yet only recently began committing sound to tape. "Susie's Song", chronicling a long-ago summer love of Mike's, was recorded in Ron's living room with his 6-track Sansui cassette deck/mixing board and drums, of the "don't ask!" variety, whose most notable feature is the big chunk mysteriously missing from the ride cymbal.
